一、教学目标
1. 能够听、说、认读词汇teachers' office和second floor;能够听、说词汇next to和homework。
2. 熟练掌握“Where is the ...?”“It's on the first/second floor.”“Is this ...?”“Yes, it is./No, it isn't.”等句型。
3. 能够在实际情境中对学校场馆位置进行正确地询问和介绍。
4. 通过录音和模仿训练使学生能够理解对话大意,并用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。
二、教学重点、难点
1. 询问并回答学校场馆位置的句型“Where is the ...?”“It's on the first/second floor.”。
2. 序数词和基数词的区别与正确运用。
三、教学准备
单词卡片、教学光盘和多媒体课件。
教学过程
Step 1:Review&Lead in(复习&导入)
播放歌曲“Our school”,学生跟音乐齐唱。
师生自由对话,问答教室内的物品。
(复习句型“What's in the classroom?”及教室内物品的单词:blackboard、light、desk、chair、window等。)
情境导入。
欢迎大家来参观Mike的学校,教师通过课件展示学校、教室、教师办公室和图书馆的图片。复习单词school、classroom并教授词汇teachers' office和library。
Step 2:Presentation&Practice(新课呈现&当堂操练)
教师呈现Mike的图片,问“Where is Mike now? Please listen.”,教师播放对话录音,然后引导学生回答“Mike is in the teachers' office.” 。
教师让学生带着问题“Where is Miss White's office?”观看对话第一部分的动画,引导学生找到答案“It's on the second floor.”。
教师用PPT呈现一幢两层的建筑,指着第二层带读the second floor,学生跟读,然后介绍the first floor,并朗读。
教师利用PPT呈现两层的教学楼,二楼房间依次是:计算机房、图书馆和教师办公室,并进行师生问答。
T: The teachers' office is next to the library. Where is the teachers' office?
Ss: It's on the second floor.
T: Is this the teachers' office?
Ss: No, it isn't. It's the library. The teachers' office is next to the library.
教师解释next to的意思。
教师让学生观看对话第二部分的动画。
T: Is the teachers' office next to the library?
Ss: Yes, it is. The teachers' office is next to the library.
学生自学课本对话,将不会的单词圈出来,分小组质疑,然后集体释疑。指导学生理解homework的意思,并掌握发音。
教师播放课本录音,学生听录音,模仿跟读然后分角色表演对话。
分小组表演对话。
S1扮演 Mike,S2扮演男士客人,S3扮演女士客人,S4扮演Miss White。
Step 3:Consolidation&Extension(巩固&拓展)
教师用PPT呈现Look, ask and answer的平面图,然后和一名学生示范对话。例如:
T: Where's the library?
S1: It's on the second floor.
T: Is this the library?
S1: Yes. The library is next to Classroom 3.
同桌根据图片进行问答练习。
学生分小组创编对话。一人扮演来校参观的客人,另一人扮演小记者。 例如:
S1: Excuse me. Where's the teachers' office?
S2: It's on the second floor.
S1: Is this the teachers' office?
S2: No, it isn't. It's the art room. The teachers' office is next to the classroom.
S1: Thanks.
S2: You are welcome.
Step 4:Summary(小结)
本课我们重点学习了用句型“Where is the ...?”“It's on the first/second floor.”“Is this ...?”“Yes, it is./No, it isn't.”来询问并回答学校场馆的具体位置。

教学反思
1. 亮点:本节课以情景对话教学为主。在教学过程中,教师提出不同的问题,让学生带着问题去阅读;在巩固、拓展部分,教师让学生通过大量的对话练习进一步巩固了所学的知识,并让学生对句型灵活运用有了一定的掌握。
2. 不足之处:新课呈现部分,给学生拓展的知识比较少。例如:在讲到first 与second时,可与基数词对比学习。
3. 教学建议:时间允许的情况下,适当给学生拓展一部分知识,来拓宽学生的知识面。
