2019年小学校务公开工作总结报告
小学校务公开工作总结
本学期,我校结合实际以教职工大会为基本形式,积极推进校务公开,接受全体教职工的监督,密切干群联系,从而最大限度地调动和发挥教职工的工作积极性和创造性,有效地推进了学校的各项工作深入开展。
一、规范化、制度化接受民主监督
我们根据学校的实际,制定了《XX小学校务公开实施方案》,方案较详尽地阐述了校务公开指导思想、组织机构、公开内容、公开形式、公开程序等,具有可操作性。校务公开使教职工民主参与、民主管理、民主监督在制度上得到了保证。
二、教职工会是校务公开的基本形式
要真正发挥教职工大会的作用,就必须提高教职工大会的质量。学校的重大事宜、规章制度、涉及到教职工切身利益的政策,必须提交教职工大会审议,表决。学校领导对教职工大会十分重视。
三、校务公开做到了教职工的知情权、参与权、监督权
(一)公开形式:
我校一贯坚持民主公开的形式主要有:教大会,每周教师例会,行政班子会议决定,党政工团队联席会议研究,年级组长会议讨论,校务公开栏,家长会,学生集会、校园网,QQ群,小黑板等多种途径。
