教材分析:本模块是外研版九年级上册module8二单元的一篇演讲词,具有鲜明的演讲词特点,本模块的语法重点是定语从句的使用。而unit 2 是一个以读、写技能训练为主的单元。学生通过语篇阅读,可以更全面的了解演讲稿的写法,从而使得读、写技能得到深化和发展。
学情分析:九年级的学生经过长时间的英语学习,积累了一些基础的词汇和句型,另外,本模块的语言点对学生来说不是很难,话题接近生活,大多数学生能够积极参与到学习活动中来。写的能力也是我们的一个弱项,平时在遣词造句上,语篇连贯上,内容表达上还需下大力度指导练习。教学中要充分利用好教学光盘充分发挥多媒体的形象、生动,大容量,多信息有点,调动学生学习的积极性,使教学效果达到最理想。
