T: （教师理答学生，引出healthy）So, what does “healthy” meaning in Chinese?
Ss: 健康的。（教学healthy）
T: Do you want to be healthy? Let’s keep a healthy diet. (揭题)

What does “diet” mean in English? Let’s choose.
Food and drinks we have every day.

We choose A. (teach: diet.)
带领学生读读课题。
T：Look at the picture. This is a healthy diet pyramid. It is a standard to judge people’s diet. We should eat a lot of…at the bottom. We also should eat a lot of …
