what time和when都可用来提问时间, 他们的用法有何异同?
频度副词用来表示做某事的频率。他们和动词的位置有何关系?
when和what time都可以用来询问时间，二者在使用时要注意以下几点:
询问做某事的具体时刻(钟点)时，两者可以互换使用。如:
— What time/When do you go to school? — I go to school at half past six.
询问钟表上表示的具体时间时，只能用what time，不能用when。如:
— What time is it now?
— It’s seven twenty.
询问事情发生的年份、月份、日期以及上午、下午或晚上等非钟点性时间时，只能用when。如：
— When did he come here?
— On the morning of March 3rd.
