知识目标
学习新单词learnt,taught,language,wrote,dancer,foreign,并着重这些单词的发音。
能理解并运用一般过去时。
学习重点句型：Did you/he/she/+动词原形...?并会使用Yes,I/he/she/ did.No,I/he/she didn’t.作答。
能力目标：熟练掌握所学句型，灵活运用到生活中。
情感目标:激发学生的学习热情，学会尊敬老人，进行传统美德教育。

Step1:Warming up
(1)Greeting:T:Good morning,boys and girls.
(2)Free talk:T:How are you? I watched TV last night. What did you do？
（教学方法：以Freetalk的形式开场白，目的是拉近师生的距离，消除陌生感，再问昨晚的活动起到复习一般过去时的作用。）
Play a game.(教学方法：以游戏热身让同学们快速进入英语的学习环境，引起学生的学习兴趣。)
Step2:Presentation
Listen and chant.(To learn activity 1.)
Watch the DVD.
分句学习、操练。
From the chant to learn the new words:
learnt,taught,language,wrote.
Then read the new words together and spell them.

课件出示爷爷、奶奶的图片。

T:Let’s listen to the radio and answer the question.

From the answer to learn the new word:driver
Listen and repeat the part two of the text.
Then read together.At last act out.
