The first waste bank in Jiangxi opened in April. Villagers collect much garbage like plastic bags,cans, batteries.They things such as soap,pencils and notebooks. For example,80 plastic bags or 40 batteries can be exchanged for a bar of soap. 97 other such banks in Dexing now. They
