【教材分析】
本单元话题贴近学生生活,对话以老师帮学生找回自己丢失的东西展开,以寻找“失主”为功能,贯穿始终的名词性物主代词及“Whose”的用法,培养学生“拾金不昧”、“乐于助人”的良好品质。
【学情分析】
因区域内学生的英语基础较弱,语言运用能力相对滞后,客观上由于近40天的寒假,学生的语言表达能力也有所下降。 这就要求教师激活学生已有的知识和经验,主动地根据先前的认知结构有选择地知觉外在信息, 逐渐建构对新信息(材料)的理解。

1. 正确运用本模块的词汇及物主代词
2. 能运用一般疑问句及特殊疑问句询问及表达物体的归属。
能力目标:
能够运用本模块所学的知识谈论失物招领。
情感目标:
提高学习英语兴趣,树立信心,培养其积极主动参与各种语言实践活动的学习态度。
【教学重难点】

【教学准备】
本节课型为Revision and application,根据新课标的要求,结合教材和学生特点,主要采用任务型互动式进行教学,结合情景法、交际法、听说法、归纳法等教学方法实施课堂活动,开启学生思维,通过一系列有条理的教学活动,引导学生自主探究学习和与他人互动合作学习,让学生体验愉快学习。本节课所需教具及资料:幻灯、图片、调查表等。
【教学过程】

形容词性的物主代词+名词
名词性的物主代词后不跟词
1. 大部分形容词性物主代词在后面加 “s”构成名词
性物主代词.有3个特殊情况:
my—mine, his— his, its—its。
2. 形容词性物主代词与名词性物主代词的区别:
前者有名词的含义,后面需跟名词;后者可单独使用,相当于对应的形容词性物主代词加名词。
3. 名词性物主代词作主语时,如果含义是单数,后面的be动词用is;如果含义是复数,那么be动词用are。
另外,名词性物主代词还可以用在“n. + of + 名词性物主代词”结构中,表示“某人的 …”。如:
The shoes of hers are very nice.
她的鞋子很漂亮。
II. 所作成分:
1. 形容词性物主代词只能作定语。如:
There is something wrong with his computer.
他的电脑出问题了。 
They love their work in the shop.
他们喜欢在商店的工作。
2. 名词性物主代词可以作主语、宾语和表语。如:
Your book is interesting, but mine is more interesting. (作主语)
