【教学过程】

小组间相互交流讨论过去到现在的生活变化。?
Step 2： Presentation ?
（1）老师指着预备好的课本图片1说：“Look for one minute. And answer these questions.（从这引入新课，充分利用有限的资源，培养孩子仔细观察的习惯。）出示问题：
How many people are there?
Who…?
Whatwas/were…?
What is…now?
学生试读出问题，并回答。?
（2）老师出示课件，通过好眼力比赛活动，师顺势引导说：How many people are on the TV? Who are they? 出示lady、grandmother、interviewer并领读。板书lady、grandmother并领读。
设计意图：通过让学生带着问题听，让学生理解过去式使用方法，并帮助学生进一步熟悉和理解本课故事。
（3）老师板书出示进一步问题，问：What about the past life? 学生看书听并画出答案。小组内修改答案，并回答。?
（4）请学生跟磁带读，然后在小组里分角色对话，最后给全班表演。
（5）老师板书出示进一步问题，问：How about now? 学生看书听并画出答案。小组内修改答案，并回答。
（6）请学生跟磁带读，然后在小组里分角色对话，最后给全班表演。
Step 3：Consolidation and extension ?
完成“Practise.”部分。运用句型“There was/were… There is/are…”，通过询问复习巩固词组和句型并制作表格。
Step 4：Homework
让学生回家后采访自己的爷爷奶奶，自己了解生活的变化。参考自己搜集的信息写一篇小报道，与其他同学交流。
