Worse still, teenagers who spend too much time playing video games may grow distant from theiily and friends.


Measures should be taken to prevent gaming addiction as early as possible. First of all, teenagers should be made fully aware of the bad effects of gaming addiction and be set reasonable time limits on gaming. On top of that, it would be a good idea for teenagers to develop more hobbies such as swimming or reading.
