Presentation
Thanks to the kind man I met in the course, I have a good understanding of the importance of optimism. I hold that being optimistic means we should read our life with a positive attitude since life ends too soon. As an old saying goes, ‘Every cloud has a silver lining.‘ The difficulties we meet are the opportunities for our growth. What’s more, life consists of pain and joy. With an optimistic attitude, we can create more joy on our life journey and our life will be full of hope and success.

As to me, I will learn to keep positive and optimistic when facing difficulties in my future life so that I can have more power to keep and pursue（追逐） my dreams. I will also learn to relax and enjoy the round of my life. Most importantly, I will try my best to use my optimistic attitude to influence other people. I want to be a happy seed of optimism to convey happiness and hope to everyone.
