I. Background information
1. Students: The students have mastered some English words and have basic language. The teaching content of this class is to describe how to make a kite and learn the usage of the simple past tense. This topic is closely related to students’ living and can arouse students' interest in learning. The interest of learning English is particularly important for them.
2. Lesson Duration: One lesson duration.
II. Teaching contents
The unit is from Module8 Unit2 “I made a kite.” This class is mainly learning how to make a kite and learn the usage of the simple past tense. It is easy to arouse the students’ learning interests.

By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
