在一般过去时的句子中，谓语动词要用到过去式，如句① cooked; 否定句和疑问句需要借助 did，如句② didn’t help，而不说 not helped 。
动词过去式的变化规则：通常在词尾 +ed, 如 played,
Helped, rowed等。 有些是不规则的变化，如 have-had。
