【巧学助记】 巧辨强调句型
判断是不是强调句型的方法: 去掉it is/was和that/who, 若句子剩余部分意思和结构完整, 则是强调句型; 否则就不是。

(2)There is some doubt. . . 意为“……值得怀疑”, 后接whether引导的同位语从句, 注意此时不能用if代替whether。(3)doubt用作动词时其用法如下:
①在否定句和疑问句中, doubt后接that引导的宾语从句。

three things. First of all, if a person stops breathing,
open his or her mouth and check out if there is food at
the back of the mouth. Secondly, if a person can’t
breathe, don’t hesitate to start his/ her breathing at

  Mrs Arable put a pitcher of cream on the table. “Don’t yell,
