My advice to other disabled people would be: concentrating on your disability doesn't prevent you doing well, and don't regret the things it interferes with. Don't be disabled in spirit as well as physically.
我给残障人士的建议是:老是想着自己的缺陷,并不会让你更好过。残疾妨碍了很多事情,但是后悔也于事无补。既然身体已经残疾了,精神绝不能残疾!

There are many disabled people living around us and they're also an important part of our society. So to build a harmonious society, it is our responsibility to help them.
Helping the disabled should not be only an empty talk, and we should learn to help them from little things. For example, we can tell blind children some stories to let them know there are still many hopes in their life; we can help friends in the wheelchair go around to let them enjoy the scenery like us. Besides, we should have confidence in them and call on people all around us to help them.
Personally, I would suggest, do whatever we can to help them, and with efforts, we will make our country become a better place to live.
