【教学目标】
知识目标:
巩固季节的读法,并能够根据天气情况表达对季节的看法。
能力目标:就一个季节提出相应的问题。
1.复习巩固句型
(1)How many seasons are there in a year?
(2)What are they?
(3)What’s your favorite season?
(4)What’s the weather like in spring?
(5)What can you do in spring?
2.学习新句型What do you wear? What do you eat? 的问答。
3.能力较高的学生根据提示能够运用自己的话描述自己最喜欢的季节或讲述一个关于季节的故事。
情感目标:
激发学生热爱生活的情趣。

一、Warm-up
1.Sing a song about the clothes.
2.Ask students: Look at outside. What’s the weather like today? Ah, it’s cloudy, but warm. What can I wear? Ok, today let’s go on learning the topic “the seasons.”
二、Review
1.Free talk: How many seasons are there in a year?
What are they?
What’s the weather like in spring/summer/autumn/winter?
Review the words: warm, hot, cool, cold, sunny, rainy, windy, and snowy
2.Give some key points and ask students to answer these questions.
3.Read the dialogues 2-5 by using the computer.
And then answer:
What can you do in spring/summer?
What do you wear in autumn/winter?
Give 5 minutes to listen to the dialogues 1.
4.Make a new dialogue with the partner.
5.Say a chant together. And then make a new chant with the partner.
Chant: Skirts for summer. ______ for summer.
Coats for winter. ______ for winter.
When it’s autumn. When it’s autumn.
I wear sweater. I wear ______.
Sandals for summer.
Boots for winter.
When it’s autumn.
I wear trainers.
6.Teacher: There are four beautiful seasons. But do you know which season is my favorite? I like summer. Now I want to talk about my favorite season.
7.Read four funny stories by using the computer for 8 minutes. (Reading 1-5)

Activity1:Revision
(1)Let’s sing.
(2)Let’s chant.
Activity2: Free talk
(1)说说自己在四季中的活动习惯。如I go fishing on a warm spring day.
(2)用英语进行交流,说说四季中衣着的习惯。如when it’s spring, I wear my skirt. Activity3:Revision
复习已学知识
Activity4: Free talk
小组进行交流,说说自己在四季里的活动和衣着习惯。
复习已学过的内容,为这节课的学习做好准备。
通过交流游戏,复习有关语言知识,为下面的新知识学习作好铺垫和过渡。

Activity 5:Work in groups
紧接上面的话题,回答老师问题:Which season do you like? 引导学生进行回答I like spring\ summer\autumn\ winter.老师也示范自己的答案:I like spring. I can go fishing.板书句子在黑板,并教导学生学会使用句子进行问答。
老师示范句子,表达自己不喜欢的季节及原因。I don’t like summer. It’s hot.板书句子,并教会学生使用句子进行问答。
Activity 6:Listen and learn
看课件,整体呈现对话内容。
Activity 7:Read it
(1)学生打开课本,看图并听录音;
(2)学生跟读小对话。
Activity 8:Read and Act
(1)全班齐读课文对话;
(2)两人小组进行对话练习。
Activity 9:Make a survey
小组进行讨论,互相询问对季节的喜好,进行调查。把小组里的调查结果向老师汇报。
