现在完成时表示经历的用法
现在完成时用于表示直到现在为止的生活经历，常与never，ever，once，twice，three times等连用。
have been to与have gone to的区别
have been to
have gone to
意为“曾经到过某地（多少次）”，现在已经不在那里了
表示“正在去某地的途中或到了某地”。总之，说话时该人不在现场，一般不用第一、二人称代词作句子的主语。
Miss Brown has been to Japan twice. 布朗小姐去过日本两次。
—Where is Tom? —He has gone to the bookshop. —汤姆在哪？—他去了书店。

encourage的用法
(1) encourage 为动词，意为“鼓励；鼓舞”。encourage sb. to do sth. 意为“鼓励某人去做某事”。

(2) encourage 的名词形式为encouragement， 意为“鼓励”。
Mike received a lot of encouragement from his teacher.
