四、教学过程
Step 1. Warm-up
Chant and review
师生间问候之后全班进行说唱,活跃课堂气氛的同时复习上节课所学的字母e在单词中发/e/音。
T: Hello, boys and girls. Today we’ll continue to learn Unit 2. What did we learn last time? Yes, we learned something about the pronunciation of letter “e” in some words. So, at the beginning of the lesson, let’s chant and review.
设计意图:活跃课堂气氛,复习上节课的所学。
Look, say and review
接着逐一快速呈现一组单词图片,让学生根据闪现的图片快速说出相应的单词,进一步复习字母e的发音。
T: Next, let’s look at some pictures and say the words one by one quickly to review and practice more.
设计意图:锻炼学生的快速反应能力,并进一步复习上节课的所学。
Chant and review
之后播放第一课时中chant的说唱录音,让学生听音跟唱,复习所学的家庭成员的单词。
T: Do you remember what family words we learned in the first lesson of this unit? Now let’s chant together and review the words.
设计意图:调动学生的学习热情,为新单词的学习储备词汇。
Step 2. Presentation
Look and think
随后呈现家庭树的图片,在复习father和mother的基础上,引出单词grandfather和grandmother。此环节教师也可以使用自己家人的照片,帮助学生理解每一个家庭成员的
关系。
T: I have my father and mother. Of course, my father has his father and mother. My mother has her father and mother too. Here’s a family tree. First, please look at it carefully and think how we can call them.
设计意图:从学生感兴趣的图片入手,边复习变呈现新单词,减轻学生的学习压力。
Look and learn
1. 教师讲解grandfather和grandmother 单词图片,引导学生学习单词grandfather和grandmother,以及它们的口语形式grandpa和grandma。
T: Now look at two pictures one after another. Let’s read the words one after another.
2. 再由grandfather和grandmother引出口语中的grandpa和grandma,进行教学。
T: When you call your grandfather and grandmother in spoken English, you can use grandpa and grandma.
设计意图:结合图片,对比学习,加深印象,强化记忆。
Look and think
再次呈现家庭树,引出“我”的兄弟姐妹,让学生用中文说出他们的关系。
T: My father and mother have a boy and a girl besides me. How can I call them?
设计意图:再一次结合家庭树,让学生熟悉每一位家庭成员所指。
Look and learn
1. 教师讲解sister和brother单词图片,引导学生学习单词sister和brother。提醒学生这两个单词的汉语所指。
T: Now look at two pictures one after another. Let’s read the words one after another.
2. 教师讲解中西方家庭称谓差异,帮助学生理解并区分中西方家庭成员的称谓及其不同。
T: As we have learned, there are differences when we name family members between China and the west. Now let’s look and learn something about it.
设计意图:结合图片,学习新词,并引导学生理解中西方家庭称谓的差异,拓宽学生的知识面。
Read together
呈现本课时新学的单词,让学生一起朗读,记忆单词。
T: Here’re the new words of this lesson. Now please read together.
设计意图:大声朗读,有助于记忆单词。
Step 3. Practice
Do exercises
教师使用动画词汇互动练习,让学生通过拍照小游戏的形式,巩固对mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister6个家庭成员词汇的掌握。
T: Now you can do exercises about the words through a funny game.
设计意图:通过小游戏,活跃课堂气氛的同时,巩固学生对新学单词的掌握。
Listen and follow
接着呈现Let’s learn中的句子,并播放录音,让学生听音跟读,感知句意。
T: Here’re the sentences in Let’s learn. Now you can listen to the recording and follow to get to know what the sentences mean.
设计意图:听音,感知语音、语调,理解句意。
Read and say
接着让学生结合Let’s learn中的图片,展开读句说句的活动。
T: It’s time for you to read the sentences and make your own introduction.
设计意图:结合图片和样例,创编新的介绍句,锻炼学生的创新能力,巩固新学句型。
Read and chant
呈现Let’s chant的说唱内容,让学生以全班、分组的形式先进行朗读,之后教师播放录音,让学生跟唱,活跃课堂气氛的同时巩固新学的单词。之后找部分学生上台表演唱。
T: Here’s a chant. Please read together and then in groups. After that, you can listen to the recording and chant after it. At last, some of you can come here to show.
设计意图:活跃课堂气氛,巩固新学的单词。
Read and match
呈现Start to read中的介绍人物的句子,让学生分组朗读,感知句意。之后让学生在书上完成图句的连线活动,同桌间检查纠正。
T: Look! Wu Yifan is introducing his family. Let’s read these sentences in groups to get to know who there are in his family. And then you can match the pictures with the sentences and check with your partner.
设计意图:感知句意,检测学生的掌握程度。
Test
教师使用动画单词拼写互动练习,进行随堂检测。
T: Now it’s time for you to take a test.
设计意图:检测学生对本课时所学内容的掌握程度。
