与教材相配的课件,单词卡片,音频,视频等。
四、教学过程
Step 1. Warm-up
Do exercise
教师呈现单词拼写互动练习,学生拼写单词。
T: Now let’s practice to spell the words.
设计意图:通过两个游戏,练习重点单词 big, fat, short, small, tall, thin 的单词拼写和词汇句型的使用,考察学生的掌握情况。
Step 2. Presentation
1. Listen and learn
T: Do you like going to the zoo? Which animal do you like best? Today we will learn another dialogue about the zoo. Please listen carefully.
教师播放Part B Let’s talk 的动画,请学生感知对话内容。
设计意图:通过老师提问的方式引入本课时话题,并通过看动画感知对话内容。
2. Look and learn
呈现对话,教师讲解对话,及对话中的重点单词和句型。
T: Next let’s learn some new word and sentence. Please listen carefully.
教师同时出示children的单词卡片,教师领读,让学生听音跟读。
设计意图:利用图文及音频相结合的方式,讲授本课重点单词,帮助学生牢记。
3. 教师讲解句型:如何表述动物外貌特点,学习新句型。
设计意图:讲授本课重点句型如何表述动物外貌特点,帮助学生牢记。
4. Listen and follow
播放Part B Let’s talk 音频,让学生听音跟读。
T: Now you’ve got to listen and follow. Pay much attention to the pronunciation.
设计意图:引导学生通过看、听、说等途径来感知并巩固对话内容。
Step 3. Practice
1. Role-play in groups
教师请学生四人一组分角色表演对话。
T: Now let’s role-play in groups.
设计意图:在练习运用本课重点句型的同时,锻炼了学生的综合语言运用能力。
2. Look and guess
教师将全班分成若干小组,然后出示一副被遮掉一部分的动物图片,让同学猜猜它是什么?看看哪个组的同学猜对得多。
T: Now I will divide you into groups. Please look at the picture which is covered. Can you guess what animal it is?
设计意图:通过创设的情境,帮助学生再次巩固了本课的重点知识。
3. Group work
教师请学生看课本P27 Make a monster,先读一读,了解活动规则:教师将全班分成若干小组。小组成员分工画出不同身体部位,每个部位属于不同的动物。例如,可以画兔子的耳朵和大象的鼻子。然后将这些身体部位组合在一起,成为一个 monster,并展示给大家看。
T: Well done! Now please turn to page 27. First read it yourself, then draw a part of the animal. Finally make all the parts of the animal together. What does it look like?
设计意图:通过绘画,激发学生学习的积极性,并进一步巩固本课所学内容。
4. Look and say
教师请四名学生到讲台前,每人发给一张动物卡片,然后让学生用句型Look at the … It has a + adj. + n. 进行描述。
T: Now I will ask four students to come to the front of the classroom. I will give each of you one animal card. Then you should describe it with It has a + adj. + n.
设计意图:小组内轮流通过图片说出句子,可以锻炼学生的口语表达能力。
5. Test
T: Now it’s time for you to take a test to check how you’ve learned.
完成随堂检测。
