Module 5 Unit 1 Your bag is broken

【学习目标】
a. 学习形容词“broken”,并对所接触过的形容词进行整理运用。
b. 掌握功能句“This black bag is nice / big .”
      “But it’s heavy.”
使学生能用形容词对身边事物的明显特征进行描述,比较。
激发学生的积极情感,培养学生交流与合作的能力。
【学习重点】
单 词: broken及其他形容词的运用。
功能句: “This black bag is nice / big .”
“But it’s heavy.”
【学习难点】
能够灵活运用形容词,对事物的鲜明特征进行描述,了解及感受形容词在句中的不同位置。
【学习过程】
Ⅰ.Warming up
a. Greetings
b. Introduction
c. T: Now let’s talk something about ourselves.
d. Let’s look and read.
课件出示8个单词scary/clean/dirty/heavy/light/beautiful/powerful/expensive,
What’s the opposite word of expensive? Just like big-small, fat-thin. expensive-cheap. What else opposite word can you find here?
Ⅱ. Presentation
a. T:Look at the pictures, what are the differences in Picture A and Picture B?
b. T:What is /are broken? (出示腿折了和筷子断了的图片)
The leg is broken./ The chopsticks are broken.
Who can spell the word “broken”?板书broken
c. Present the task: 刚才同学们都能够准确地找出以上事物的不同特征,让我们通过今天的学习,用英语更加全面地描述事物的特征,并给他人提供建议吧。

b. T: Let’s learn Module 5 Unit 1. “Your bag is broken.”(板书课题)
Read in a happy/sad/angry/shy way.
c. Whose bag is broken? Let’s watch the CD-ROM.
S: Lingling’s bag is broken. T: So she need a new bag.
1. Drills learning
a. 教师边问边课件出示问题:How many bags are there? What are the differences(不同)?Now open your books .Let’s read and find out the answers.
T:(手指屏幕)Lingling thought :This black bag is nice. It’s big.
b. (教师板书并领读) nice.
This black bag is big. (Read in a slow way/fast way.)
c. We can also say: This black bag is nice. It’s big.
d. How about the green bag? This green bag is light. This green bag is small.
e. (拿书包2个)Who can describe this bag?
How about your bag? Talk in pairs please.
f. T: Will Lingling take the black /green bag? Why not?
S: No,because it’s very heavy/small.
师重复整个句子并板书But it’s very heavy. (斜体字部分为单词卡片)
g. T: Will Lingling take the 3rd bag? Why?
h. Take out the exercise paper. Let’s read and choose.(练习册)
i. T: Look carefully, can we change this way? Read together. What else way can we change? (生说2个)
What can you find? 形容词既可以放在be动词之后,也可以放在名词之前.
2. Practice
a. Look, here are 2 pencil-boxes.(师介绍)Now describe the same things in your groups.
b.教师出示准备的2个手提包Look,these are my bags, the black one and the pink one. Which one do you like? And why?(生说,接学生的话说)
