本句为not构成的倒装句。that为副词, 修饰
形容词easy。

to one’s astonishment 令…惊异的是…

5. fortunate为形容词, 意为“幸运的; 运气
好的”, 相当于lucky, 其反义词为unfortunate。
常用结构: be fortunate (enough) to do 或
be fortunate in doing 意为“……很幸运”。 如:

=She is fortunate in having a rich husband.
