Section B (1a-1e)
一、教学目标
1. 词汇: drum, violin
2. 句型:
(1) —Can you play the violin? —No, I can’t.
(2) —Can Bill play the guitar? —Yes, he can, but he can't sing.
3. 功能:询问和谈论彼此的能力和特长。
4. 语法:
(1) 情态动词can的一般疑问句句型及简略回答;
(2) what引导的含情态动词can的特殊疑问句句型及其回答。
5. 话题:擅长的才艺。
6. 能听懂并会运用情态动词can询问他人才艺;能听懂并表达自己会或不会的某种才艺。
7. 学习询问或谈论自己或对方在某一方面的能力和特长,培养学生的社会责任意识,为他人做自己力所能及的事,从小培养学生们互帮互助的意识和社会责任的意识。
二、教学重点及难点
重点:
1. 学习更多乐器类名词;
2. 能听懂并会运用情态动词can询问他人才艺;
3. 能听懂并表达自己会或不会某种才艺。
难点:能听懂询问他人才艺和表达自己才艺的对话。

四、教学过程
Task I
Step 1 Warming-up
Free talk.
Work in groups and talk about the following questions:
What music instrument do you know?
What music instrument can you play?

Step 2 Pre-listening
Words and expressions.
Look at the pictures and learn the new words and expressions of this class.
【设计意图】通过看图片学词汇,为后面的听力活动做准备。

1. Look at the pictures, and match the words with the pictures.
2. Check the answers in pairs.
【设计意图】通过连线匹配连线,进行词汇拓展活动,帮助学生们进一步熟悉乐器的词汇。

1. Tell Ss that they will listen to some sounds of the instruments. Listen and number the words
[1-4] in the order of the sounds you hear in 1a.
2. Play the recording again and check the answers.
