1. get dressed 穿上衣服
get dressed 意为“穿上衣服”。dress 作动词,意为“穿衣服;给(某人)穿衣服”,接宾语时,只能接表示人的名词或代词;作名词,意为“连衣裙;衣服”。

Then help them to talk about the activities. For example: Rick eats breakfast at 7:00. Talk about the daily activities in their life and what time they do them. Let students find out what they do in daily life and what time they do them.
讲授新课 Step One Presentation Teach some new words and phrases.Show a picture on the screen. T: what does the boy do at six o’clock? Ss: He gets up at six o’clock. (help the students answer in English) Write get up on the blackboard and lead them to read it. Then show more pictures and teach the following phrases in the same way: brush teeth, get dressed, take a shower. Let’s playHelp students to review the phrases through a memory game. Teach activity 1aT: As we know, time is very important and there is a famous saying “ An hour in the morning is worth two in the evening.”Now, please tell me what you do in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. After they answer the question, say, “ There are many daily things we can do. Let’s read these phrases in Activity 1a and match these actions and the time of the day.”Let’s learnShow students some clocks and ask them what time it is.
