二.基数词用法
基数词表示人或物数量的多少，意为“……个”，如：one book,
thirty- five children, one hundred policemen …
基数词表示数量的多少，注意与后面的名词保持单复数一致，并注意谓语动词的选用。
E.g.:①There is one apple in the fridge.
* One (一个)， apple 用单数，谓语动词用is (单数)
②Millions of foreigners are coming to Beijing in 2008.
* million of (数以百万计)， 是复数，foreigner 用复数，谓语动词用复数are
* 不可数名词不可以与基数词连用，没有two water这种说法。
二.基数词用法注意（1）
与汉语不同，在表示“几号房”，“几班”时，数字应放在后面。
如：Room 605 Class 5 Grade 4

“几百”，“几千”，“几千万”的表示方法。
100 one hundred
200 two hundred (没有“s”)
3,000 three thousand (没有“s”)
几百，数以百计 hundreds of (有“s”)
几千，数以千计 thousands of (有“s”)
几百万，数以百万计 millions of (有“s”)
二.基数词用法注意（3）
注意：自右向左每三位划一个分节“，”，且hundred, thousand, million等用单数形式。

四.序数词用法
要分清楚是表示顺序（用序数词）还是东西的个数（用基数词），还要注意谓语动词的单复数。
解题法宝：
基数词：几个（后面名词常加‘s’）
序数词：顺序，第几（前面常有‘the’）
