直接引语(direct speech)



间接引语(indirect speech)
直接引用别人的原话。
转述别人的话。

例句1,2句式结构上有什么不同?
Task (1’)小组讨论:
1.He says,’My sister is a housewife.’

2.‘My sister is a housewife’he says.
直接引语的主语可前,可后。

1.人称变化
Task (3’)小组讨论:
例句3.4.5在直引变间引过程中,从句中人称是如何变化的?
例3.She has said,’I will go abroad.’
She has said(that) she will go abroad.
从句中第一人称随着主句的主语变。(一主)
例4.She will say to me,’You haven’t watered the flowers yet.’
She will say to me (that) I haven’t watered the flowers yet.
从句中第二人称随着主句的宾语变。(二宾)
主语无宾,从句人称变第一人称或第二人称。
He said ,’You are tired.’
He said(that) I was/you were tired.
例5.I say,’They went to the cinema last night.’
I say(that) they went to the cinema the night before.
从句中第三人称不变。(三不变)
人称变化:一主二宾三不变。
2.时态变化
Task (2’)小组讨论:
例句6.7. 在直引变间引过程中,从句中时态是如何变化的?
6.He has said,’I don’t like winter any more.’
He has said(that) he doesn’t like winter any more.

7.Sam said.’She hasn’t had lunch yet.’
Sam said (that) she hadn’t had lunch yet.
2.时态变化
(1)当主句为现在时(一般现在时,现在完成时),将来时
(一般将来时)时,时态不变,人称变。

当主句为过去时,从句时态变,人称变。

注意:
从句是客观事实,真理。无论主句什么时态,从句时态不变!
The teacher said,’The earth goes around the sun.’

4.句式的变化
祈使句变为由to引导的不定式
多用tell/ask/order sb.(not)to do.
He said to the boy,’Hurry up.’
He told the boy to hurry up.
He said to the boy,’Don’t hurry up.’
He told the boy not to hurry up.’
