Presentation and practice
Game time：欢乐打地鼠。游戏规则： 地鼠会出现在不同的地洞里， 你需要快速读出地鼠头上的单词， 就能拿起锤子打中地鼠。 看谁又快又准的读出单词打中地鼠。 Are you ready Let’s go!
Ask and answer：呈现一些活动卡片，然后进行问答， 复习已学单词和句型。
Lead-in：由Zhang Peng and Sarah的对话， 引出询问生日的对话。
Wu Yifan and Robin are talking about the family members’bithdays.呈现还没有填完整的生日信息卡， Yifan is going to fill in the list!
呈现第一张生日信息卡，Grandpa’s birthday， 引出12th 是twelfth的简写， 讲解单词twelfth，讲解基数词和序数词的关系改ve 为f 再加th，播放读音读音， October 12th读法， 纠正发音，
再次呈现Wu Yifan and Robin的对话，然后根据卡片补全对话， 巩固句型， 注意：具体在某一天用on。
类似方法学习单词 twentieth(20th) thirtieth(30th), twenty-first(21st), twenty- third(23rd), 通过图片， 音频，对话 等帮助学生记忆。
Good to know：基数词变序数词，依次呈现基数词， 序数词，我有发现， 观察得出：1. ve结尾先把ve改成f再加th。2.ty结尾的将y变成ie再加th3.两位数,十位数用基数,个位数用序数表示。
序数词记忆口诀：
Game time：快速读出出现的单词，看到炸弹要说“bomb嘭”。
播放learn部分动画， 学生跟读， 并模仿语音语调。
听音频跟读learn部分句子。巩固句型。
Look and write：呈现课文表格， 引导学生完成表格， 然后发现什么呢？
Sum up： 呈现填写完整的表格， 然后观察发现，序数词简写规律：1. 词尾逢1都是数字加st, 除了11是11th。如1st,21st, 31st... 2. 词尾逢2都是数字加nd, 除了12是12th。如2nd,22nd, 32nd... 3. 词尾逢3都是数字加rd, 除了13是13th。如3rd,23rd, 33rd...4. 除上述情况外， 其他序数词简写形式都是数字加th
呈现对话，看图补全对话， 巩固句型和序数词。
Ask and answer： 呈现几个明星生日信息卡， 引导学生根据信息卡进行对话创编， 巩固句型和序数词。
Game time： 击鼓传花
一人拿花，音乐响起传花，
音乐停止，花在谁手中谁就站起来
。然后全班一起问：When is your birthday 该名同学必须用英文说出自己的生日日期。完成回答并完全正确加一分。
