第1课时
一、教学目标
1. 学生能够在具体的语境中理解 a, an 的意义和用法。
2. 学生能够理解 When is the … / It’s in … 句型的基本形式。
3. 学生能够借助图片理解对话大意,并能用正确的语音、语调朗读。
4. 学生能够在情景中运用句型 When is …? It’s in … 询问并回答某个活动在哪个月份举行。
5. 学生能够了解复活节和春游等相关文化知识。
二、教学重难点
1. 学生能够理解 When is the … / It’s in … 等句型的基本形式。
2. 学生能够在情景中运用句型 When is …? It’s in … 询问并且回答某个活动在哪个月份举行。
3. 学生能够理解生词 a few, sports meet, trip 等词语的意思并能够正确发音。
三、教学步骤
Step 1 Warm-up
Let’s review.
教师展示Seasons主题词汇卡,复习关于季节的词汇,并让学生展开想象。
(设计意图:创设氛围。感知新主题。)
Step 2 Presentation
1. Let’s try.
教师出示读前活动练习,让学生看图片回答问题:
(1)Who writes the invitation?
(2)What for?
(3)Who will come to the birthday party tomorrow night?
T: The students will have the sports meet in spring. Here is an invitation. Who will come to the sports meet next Friday? Listen and tick. 学生听对话录音,根据内容勾出正确的选项。再听一遍进行答案核对。
2. Let’s talk.
(1)Read and find out.
T: The students have a few fun things in spring. What do they have? Read and find out.
(整体感知对话内容,引导学生说出三个关键词。)
T: We know Zhang Peng will run on the sports meet. When is the sports meet?
T: The sports meet will be in April. How about the English party and the school trip? Read the dialogue and answer the questions.
学生理解对话,学习语言知识。
(2)Language points
教师进行句型讲解,如何询问某活动/节日日期的句型:When is...? 进行句型结构分析,并进行拓展知识的讲解。便于学生理解掌握和运用。
Step 3 Practice
Sharp eyes.
教师让学生练习本课重点句型:When is...? It’s in … 巩固学生对重点句型的掌握。
Role play
教师让学生进行角色扮演对话练习,1-2组学生进行角色扮演的练习。
(设计意图:分角色朗读课文,内化语言知识。操练核心句型的问答。)
Test.
完成课堂检测。
(设计意图:运用核心句型进行语用练习活动。检测学生对核心句型的理解和运用。)
Step 4 Homework
1. 听录音,读短文。
2. 根据学校的春天活动计划,制作卡片,互相问答。
