一、教学目标
1. 学生能够在具体的语境中理解 in, at, on 与时间搭配的意义和用法。
2. 学生能够理解与月份和节日相关的语言表达形式。
3. 学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂请柬的内容,完成读后判断活动。
4. 学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂小故事。能够了解中西方重要的节假日,如复活节的相关知识。
5. 学生能体会到英语学习的快乐,积极参与各种课堂学习活动。
二、教学重难点
1. 学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂请柬的内容。
2. 学生能够在具体的语境中运用介词in, on, at。
3. 学生能够运用单元核心句型询问节日所在的月份。
三、教学步骤
Task 1
Step 1 Warm-up
Let’s review
呈现季节的结构图,复习月份词汇。
(设计意图:创设氛围。复习本单元核心词句。)
Step 2 Presentation
1. Look and answer
教师出示图片及问题。
T: Look at the picture. They are so happy now. What are they doing?
引导学生感知节日氛围,之后呈现句子 They are having an English party.
2. Look and guess
教师呈现一张请柬,打开看一下内容。
T: Here is an invitation for us. What’s it for?
3. Look and read
教师呈现请柬的内容,让学生读一读。并画出关键信息。
4. Read and tick or cross
T: Please read the invitation. Then tick or cross.
再次朗读文本,判断正误。
5. Read and answer
T: Please read the invitation again and answer the questions.
学生带着问题默读请柬的内容,勾出重点的词句。再读课本上的文本,补充句子。
T: What will they do at the party? Read the books again and fill in the blanks.
教师展示问题,学生默读课文,回答问题。
之后进行订正。
(设计意图:通过图片理解请柬涉及的节日背景。带着问题进入文本,默读感知请柬内容。提升学生对文本的理解,以及通过寻找关键词完成阅读任务的能力。)
Step 3 Practice
1. Write three sentences
教师出示课本书写任务及其例句,之后学生独立完成,教师巡视,展示学生优秀的书写内容。
2. Let’s check
教师播放听力练习动画,让学生听录音进行作答,再听一遍录音,核对答案。
3. Let’s wrap it up
(1)Language points
教师呈现并讲解介词at on in与时间搭配的用法,并讲解例句便于学生理解记忆。
(2)教师呈现 Let’s wrap it up 中的内容,让学生根据三个介词与时间搭配的用法,完成习题,订正答案。
(3)教师在此基础上说出几个相似的句子,让学生完成填空。
(设计意图:根据例词写出核心句子。读懂问题和内容是做题的前提。听力练习活动是有效检测学生对单元核心词句的掌握。渗透语法知识。)
4. Test
完成课堂检测题。
(设计意图:扩大学生语言输入,再现单元核心句型。检测学生对本单元词句的掌握情况。)
