2019年3月30日17时, 四川省凉山州木里县境内发生森林火灾。当地地形复杂、坡陡谷深，交通、通讯不便。火灾发生后，当地政府立即投入689人在海拔4000余米的原始森林展开扑救。
3月31日下午火场发生爆燃，27名森林消防指战员和3名地方干部群众牺牲。
4月1日搜救人员现场找到第一批遇难者共23人，余下7人陆续在周边被发现。
4月2日火情已经完全得到控制，过火面积15公顷左右。牺牲人员遗体已转运下山。

However, when I heard the news, I was completely shocked. I was so worried about these firefighters. I remember this event well because these killed firefighters are so young that I couldn't believe the news. I think this event is very important to me because these firefighters lost their lives to save others, their spirit ecourages us, we should learn from them.
On May12th, 2008, a terrible earthquake took place in Sichuan. Most houses fell down.Thousands of people were killed or injured and the whole cities were destroyed. Very soon, police, doctors and volunteers went there to save and help people in trouble. All of Chinese people and many foreign countries donated money and materials to Sichuan. I was eating when earthquake took place in Sichuan, I was very amazed to hear the terrible news, I felt very sorry for the poor people. As a student, I don't have too much money. But I took out all my pocket money and sent it to Sichuan.
I hope more and more people can help them. And I also hope that Sichuan people can rebuild their homes soon and become better and better.
