活动一:找伙伴
活动目标:学生能够按照词义将单词分类,
实施方法及师生预设语言:
1.用幻灯片出示个16单词让学生分成五类,提醒有一个例外词。T:Here are sixteen words. Please put them into five groups. Attention: there is an exception.
2.引导学生将五类词归纳让学生再添加一个新词
T:Where can we see these words? When do we use these words?
S: When we talk about age, birthday, traits, appearance,job, we use these words.
T: Can you add one more words to each group?
S:one, first, clever, thin, nurse

活动一:谈论主题图,回答问题
活动目标:理解课文主旨信息,关注细节内容。
实施方法及预设师生语言:
1.听录音,回答问题,
T: Listen twice and answer:
Who are in the picture?
S: the three boys are playing Ping-Pong.
T: What are they doing?
S: They are talking.
T: What are Sara and Baobao talking about?
S: They are talking the Ping-Pong coach.
T: How old is the Ping-Pong coach? What does she look like?
S: She is 40 years old.She is tall. She has big eyes and a round face. She smiles a lot.
T: It’s the first Ping-Pong class for Sara ,so She’s very nervous.帮助学生理解nervous。

2.根据提问让学生说出自己喜欢的运动员。
T: I can play Ping-Pong, too. But I’m not professional player. Who is professional player? Do you know? 引导学生说出自己知道的职业运动员。
活动二:朗读课文。
活动目标:注意句子的连续性,按意群朗读,提醒学生注意模仿语音语调。

活动目标:正确使用功能句中的be动词和人称代词主格、所有格并能写出句子
实施方法及预设师生语言:
ppt出示句型和图片,图片中给出不完整的问句子和答语的信息,两人一组做问答练习。如图所示,分别操练六个句型
T:Now you can see three pictures of people and some information, in pairs, do asking and answering.
S: How old is she? S: She is 13.
S: How old are they? S: They are 13.
S: How old is he? S: He is 21.
S: When is her birthday? S: She was born on Aug 13th.
……
3.写出单句, 为后面的整段描写铺垫。
设计意图:利用图片呈现不同性别的人物,既能激发学习兴趣,又能练习be动词和人称代词

活动一:交一个笔友
活动目标:巩固、灵活运用描述人物信息的句型
实施方法及预设师生语言:事先找六位同学,提供给他们很多笔友的信息,让一位同学提问,六位同学回答来获取信息,最后找到一位自己想要的朋友。
T: To improve our English, we can make a pen pal. Here are two groups people who are willing to be your friend.They are of different age. Ask the six students about their information and then make a choice.
S1: How old is he/she/? S2: A is… years old.B is …years old..
T: Here are another three groups of people, they are of the same age, but they have different traits. Which one would you like?
S1: What is her hobby? S3:…..
T: OK, this is your pen pal.
设计意图:在交朋友的过程当中,势必会要了解朋友的信息,才会决定是否与他结交,这样就创造了语境。
活动二:好爸爸/妈妈?坏爸爸/妈妈?
活动目标:灵活运用功能句型
实施方法及预设师生语言:
给每位同学发一张表格,通过询问同学父母的信息填表(Fill in the form )
