What's more意为“此外，而且”，是插入 语，是一种独立成分，可置于分句或句子之 首、之尾或之中。

as usual意为“像平常一样”，用作状语。

get/be used to doing sth.意为“习惯于做某事 ”
e.g. He can't get used to the weather here.
