一、教学目标
1. 能够听、说、认读单词basket, part, licked, laugh。
2. 能够听懂、读懂并内化Read and write的内容,并能仿写一篇日记。
3. 能够用一般过去时描述过去发生的事情。
二、教学重点及难点
重点:
1. 能够听懂并理解课文内容,并掌握基本的阅读方法。
2. 能够仿照课文写一篇日记,培养综合语言运用能力。
难点:
能够掌握基本的阅读策略,并把本单元的词汇句型运用到具体的语境中。
三、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up
Look, guess and say
教师出示被遮盖住一部分的图片,请学生两人一组,一名学生运用句型What did you do?提问,另一名学生用I … 进行猜测。猜对的多的学生老师给予奖励。
设计意图:通过游戏,活跃课堂气氛,复习本单元学过的短语和句型。
Look and say
呈现图片,让学生仿照范例进行对话,练习用过去式描述假期的生活。
T: OK! Now let’s look at the pictures and describe it with the past tense.
设计意图:通过仿照范例进行对话,复习巩固本单元所学内容。
Step 2 Presentation
Look and discuss
教师请学生看课本P28 Read and write的图片,和同桌一起讨论吴一凡是怎么遇见Max的。接下来会发生什么。
T: Now please turn to Page 28, Read and write. Look at the pictures. Discuss with your partner. How did Wu Yifan meet Max? What will happen next?
教师可以把学生们的答案写在黑板上。
设计意图:通过图片,引出本课时话题,为后面的学习做铺垫。
Read and number
教师请学生阅读短文,捕捉关键信息,然后给图片排序。
T: Last week, Wu Yifan and his family went to the countryside and took a trip. How was their trip? Wu Yifan wrote a diary about this trip. Now please read the diary and number the pictures.
设计意图:通过速读找关键信息,帮助学生理解课文内容。
Read again and write
教师请学生再次阅读文本,概括并写出这一天发生在Wu Yifan家的好事和坏事。
T: Please read the diary again and write the bad things and the good things of Wu Yifan’s family.
设计意图:通过阅读书写,理清故事的主要内容,并帮助学生养成良好的书写习惯。
Read and answer
教师让学生第三次阅读短文,并回答问题。检查学生对文章细节的理解。

(5) How did they feel about that day?

6. Look and learn
教师讲解单词dress up,play the part of,licked,laughed。
设计意图:利用图文及卡片相结合的方式,讲授本课重点单词,帮助学生牢记。
Listen and circle
教师播放录音,让学生一边听录音,一边圈出动词的过去式。

Step 3 Practice
Read and retell
教师给出提示,让学生复述故事。
T: Now it’s your turn to retell the story.
设计意图:通过复述故事,检查学生对故事的理解。
Think and write
教师将学生分成几大组,然后完成课本P29的任务。要求组内交流写作内容,然后每组推选出最优秀的一个,进行全班交流。
T: Now look at Page 29. Now write about your bad but good day. First discuss with your partners. Then choose the beat one to communicate with us.
设计意图:通过回答问题,锻炼学生的英语表达及书写能力。
Test
根据日记内容,完成句子。
T: Now it’s time for you to take a test to check how you’ve learned.
Exercise
教师出示动画,选两名学生分别上台练习,了解学生对有关过去式短语搭配的掌握情况。
