形容词、副词的最高级的构成：
1. 一般在词尾加est。(tall-tallest, quiet-quietest)
2. 以字母e结尾的词，在词尾加st。(fine-finest, late-latest)
3. 以辅音字母加y结尾的双音节词,变y为i加est。
(funny-funniest, heavy-heaviest, easy-easiest, early-earliest)
4. 重读闭音节词词尾只有一个辅音字母时，先双写这一辅音字母，再加est。 (hot-hottest, big-biggest, fat-fattest, thin-thinnest)
5. 部分双音节词和多音节词在词前加most。
(beautiful-most beautiful , outgoing-most outgoing , interesting-most interesting)
