Step1. Leading---in
Good morning, boys and girls. As we all know, there are four seasons in a year. And in the previous lessons, we have learned something about spring and winter. Today let’s come to autumn. Now I will ask someone to answer following questions:
T: How is the weather in autumn?
S1: It’s very cool.
T: What about the temperature outside?
S2: It’s about twenty degrees outside.
T: Can you imagine the nature in fall?
S3: The sky is blue and the weather is cool.Many fruits are ripe.We can pick apples.Leaves fall from the trees.Children play in the leaves.It’s very beautiful.
T: What do people usually wear in autumn?
People usually wear sweaters and scarves.
T: Good job
Step2 Pre---reading
Leading the students to learn the new words. Make sure students are able to pronounce these words correctly.

这节课，以几个简单的问题引导学生自学课文，了解课文大意，学生的积极性被调动起来了，很多学生主动举手，本课内容也贴近学生实际，学习起来较容易，大多数学生能掌握所学单词和句型，个别学生基础差，掌握不太好，应再加强练习。
