living 是个状语，状语是描述动词的发生，这句的动词是be动词is，there is 表示存在于......
living 是伴随状语，有很多人住在这里，住，伴随着“有”。

第一次提到的可数名词前用 a（an）表示泛指，再次提到这个词，前用 the，表示特指。
