I am at Sally's birthday party. Sally is my new friend. It is very nice of her to invite me.
I feel a bit nervous because I don't know the other girls Sally invites. But they all seem very friendly. Soon we start chatting happily.
There is a big round cake on the table in the middle of the dining room. It looks beautiful and delicious. Beside the cake are some cookies. They taste sweet. Sally's mum also makes a big homemade cheese pizza. I usually don't eat cheese pizza because it smells too strong. But the cheese tastes really fresh! And the pizza tastes hot!
There is music in the room. It sounds a bit noisy, but I enjoy the songs. I am actually a quiet person, but today at the party, we dance, eat, laugh and have a lot of fun together. I feel quite comfortable with the girls. And I am happy to make friends with them. It's a great day!
