He is a bad pirate and he plans to kill Jim and his friends, but then he seems to behave better and helps them. He is still not very honest, however, as he runs away with some of the gold.

My favourite book is Treasure Island . It’s a famous adventure story. The hero of the story is Jim Hawkins. It’s about some people looking for treasure hidden on the island. Jim finds Captain Flint’ map. Captain Flint was a pirate and had a lot of gold. He hid his gold on an island before he died. The map shows where the gold is. Jim and his friends buy a ship ,get some men and go to the island to look for the gold. But the people that work on the ship are all pirates . They take away the map. Then Jim follows them and finds the place, but the gold is not there. Ben Gunn moves the gold to another place. He agrees to share it with them because they will take him back to England. Jim takes some of the gold back home, But he decides never to go looking for gold again because it’s very dangerous.
