On hearing what the manager said, Jack felt even more nervous. He didn’t even finish his part in the third scene. How could he play the part in the second one? He couldn’t imagine it and felt less confident. Just at that moment, the manager handed over the script to Jack and encouraged him to remember the lines. Jack had no option but to have a go. He then start his preparations. He determined to act it well and didn’t want to let the manager down.
It’s time for him to go on stage.?The manager said “Come on!”. Jack raised up his courage and went on stage. To everyone’s surprise, the play went smoothly. Jack performed extremely well and the audience gave him a long and warm applause. The manager came and cheered, “Jack, you did it! Congratulations!”. Jack smiled and said, “I just did what I could to continue the play. If not, where was my part in third scene without the second?” People around all laughed.

M: Did they take good care of you in the hospital?
W: Oh, yes. The nurses were very kind, though they were strict about what I could drink.
Text 10
Today,we’re going to talk a little bit about how to care for an elderly cat. To start off, the most important thing is to get them enough nutrition. As cats get older, they do change. How much they need, how much they’ll eat. And so, there are different diets that are specifically made for elderly cats. Sometimes elderly cats need can food; sometimes cats just need the dry food. There are different diets, so we should know what’s best for our cat.
The second thing is seeing your vet regularly. As animals get older, they should be seen about every six months. They should have routine blood work done. As cats become older, or as they become past the age of seven, blood work yearly is a good idea to check their organ fun_ction. They should keep up to date on their vaccines. But, one other thing you should look for, as an owner, is to check their teeth. We have a really big problem with dental disease in small animals. If you find elderly cats have different behavior changes, as in drinking more water or maybe losing a rapid amount of weight, you should take them to see your vet.
So, those are a few things that we would have you look for in case there was a problem with an elderly cat.
