Unit 1 Do you like meat?
教学目标
1. 学生能够理解和运用谈论自己的喜好、以及询问和谈论他人的喜好的语言表达形式:Do you like ...? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. I like ...;
2. 学生能够理解和运用单词rice, meat, noodles, fish和milk;
3. 学生能够根据录音模仿说话,能够注意语音语调;
4. 学生能够体会到学习英语的乐趣,敢于开口,积极表达自己的真实想法;
5. 学生能够知道部分常见食品的英文名称。
二、教学重点及难点
1. 学生能够理解和运用谈论自己的喜好、以及询问和谈论他人的喜好的语言表达形式:Do you like ...? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. I like ...;
2. 学生能够理解单词rice, meat, noodles, fish和milk;
3. 学生能够理解对话大意,并能用正确的语音、语调朗读。

Step 1. Warm-up
1. Let’s chant
呈现课本Activity 1 的chant,师生一起说唱。
T: Hello! Everyone! Nice to see you again! First, let’s chant
设计意图:以轻松的说唱形式引出新句型。
2. Lead-in
出现黑夜的图片,月亮挂在窗外,一家人用餐的图片,引出食物等相关内容。
T: Look at the picture, our families will stay at home to have dinner. Now Let’s watch Activity 2. What do you see on the table?
设计意图:创设氛围,感知话题。
Step 2. Presentation
1. Watch and say
教师播放活动2 的视频,学生观察视频中的细节,尤其是桌子上的食物。
2. Read and circle
观看视频后,学生再次阅读活动2部分,圈出对话中出现的食物单词。
T: So much food in this video. Now read Activity 2 by yourself, and circle the words about food.
设计意图:先听后读,感知文本信息,掌握重点单词。
3. Look and learn
相继结合图片,呈现五个食物单词的音、形。单词不要求学生当堂学会,只需要在理解的基础上练习句型。学生可根据黑板上教师板书的句型进行个性化回答。
T: I want to know what food you like to eat. Here are five kinds of food. Let’s have a look if you like.
T: Look at picture 1. Wow, what’s this?
Ss: It’s rice. (播放读音,学生跟读,教师纠音。)
T: Do you like rice? (出示回答)
Ss: Yes. (强调回答完整)
第一幅图不要求学生会回答准确,5个单词再讲授的时候不断的将问答句重复学习,加深学生印象。
3. Language point
教师讲解询问对方喜好的句型:Do you like...? 学生观看学习该句型。
设计意图:图、词、句三者结合,帮助学生更深地理解句型、更大程度地掌握句型的运用。
4. Listen and follow
T: Now please turn to page 20~21. You’ve got to look at the pictures and conversations, and then listen to the recording.
教师播放Activity 2的录音或动画,让学生看课本,听音,感知语音。然后跟读。
T: OK! This time you should listen and follow.
设计意图:听音,感知语音。跟读,内化语言。
Step 3. Practice
1. Role-play
教师呈现对话练习。全班分组,每组5人,分别扮演对话中的五个人物,进行角色朗读。之后教师选出两、三组,佩戴准备好的头饰,进行对话展示。
T: I’m going to divide the class into groups of five. Each group will play in roles the conversations. After then, two or three groups have to come to the front of the classroom to show your conversations.
2. Listen and say
呈现课本第22页Activity 3的对话及场景,让学生听音,巩固语句。然后播放录音,学生进行跟读。
T: Good job! Now let’s listen to some conversations again. You can listen and repeat.
设计意图:分角色朗读课文,内化语言知识。重复的句型,动态场景,帮助理解并巩固词句。
3. Do exercise
教师呈现词汇互动练习,学生根据录音选择正确的图片。
设计意图:巩固所学的词汇,帮助学生掌握。
4. Ask and answer
教师呈现图片,学生两人一组,进行问答,相互了解对方喜欢的食物。教师可巡视纠正错误。
T: Now please look at the sentence patterns and pictures. It’s your time to ask and answer in pairs.
5. Draw and ask
学生再纸上画出自己喜欢的食物,然后问其他同学是否喜欢,练习句型。
T: OK! Now we’ll draw a picture. You can draw some food , and then ask others.
设计意图:运用核心句型进行交际活动。
Step 4. Homework
1. 听音并跟读Activity 2的录音。
2. 用英语询问你的家人喜欢的食物。
