一、教学目标

3. 学生能用will谈论将来可能发生的事情；

教学挂图，录音或视频材料，单词卡片，课件。
四、教学过程
Step 1. Warm-up
1. Listen and chant
出示活动一的小韵文，教师播放录音，师生一齐说唱小韵文。
设计意图：活动课堂氛围，复习关于can的用法，为本课的学习打基础。
2. Look and read
利用PPT呈现图片，学生根据图片回答图片表示的“He / She do …”。这一环节中，让学生多联系学过的动词和动词词组，为后面的教学做准备。
设计意图：巩固复习学过的表示活动的词组，为之后描述机器人的能力做铺垫。
Step 2. Presentation
1. Watch and learn
教师播放视频让学生观看，初步感知课文。
T: OK. Now please watch the video. Do you know what this is? Yes, it’s a robot.
Now we are going to look at some pictures. Then tell me “What can the robot do?”
设计意图：引入机器人话题，调动课堂气氛。
2. Listen, point and find “will”
T: Well done! Now please listen to the record and learn something new.
Then answer the two questions.
(1) What can Daming’s robot do?
(2) What his robot will do?
全班一起核对答案，并呈现语法知识点：will表示一般将来时的用法。
设计意图：初步了解课文内容。在语境中感知will的含义。
3. Grammar Focus
教师讲解描述某人将要做某事的句型：（...will...）
设计意图：帮助学生归纳总结句型。
Step 3. Practice
1. Role-play
教师使用对话练习，学生进行角色扮演。
设计意图：通过对话练习，让学生模仿对话，带入角色，复习词汇和句型。
2. Listen and say
教师呈现课本第16页Activity 3的句子，并播放录音，让学生听音、跟读。之后呈现让学生重复几遍，达到背诵。
T: Now please look at the sentences. Let’s listen together and read in pairs.
设计意图：模仿语句，纠正发音。
3. Look, guess and say
呈现三张被遮挡的机器人做事的图片，结合 What will the robot do? 的问句，让学生进行抢答。
T: Please look at the picture, and you can guess and say.
设计意图：活动调动课堂气氛和学生的热情。复习巩固本课的功能句式。
4. Draw and write
教师引导学生画出自己心目中的机器人，然后使用“This is ... It can ... It will / won’t…”等句型进行描述。
设计意图：巩固知识点，检查学生对本节课知识的掌握情况。锻炼学生的绘画与写作能力。
Step 4. Homework
1. 向家人展示制作的机器人介绍卡
2. 听并跟读 Activity 2 两遍。
