教学目标
一.知识目标
1.掌握单词: join, improve, thinking, skill, meeting, act, useful, role, team, shape, level, pool
2.掌握短语: make friends, at the same time, stay in shape
stop by的运用。
3.掌握重点句型:
(1). Chess challenges you and makes you think hard.
(2). Join us after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 288.
(3). Acting is fun and useful .
(4). You can stay in shape and have a good time.
(5). Join us today or stop by the poor to learn more .
二.能力目标:
激发学生兴趣,讲述自己喜欢的俱乐部。
学情分析:
七年级八班大部分学生英语基础较好,课堂气氛活跃,但是他们自我控制能力稍差,所以我采取任务型教学法贯穿整个教学活动。在掌握了大纲要求的知识目标后,引入真实性任务,让学生分组讨论,谈论他们最喜欢的俱乐部。因为与他们的实际生活联系到了一起,学生参与性很高,成为课堂的主体,这样也就提高了他们学习语言的兴趣以及与其他人交流的能力。
重点难点:
(1):掌握大纲要求的“四会”单词:join, improve, thinking, skill, meeting, act, useful, role, team, shape, level, pool
(2):编对话,写小作文,并在讲台上给大家呈现。
教学过程:

“make sb. / sth. + 动词原形”意为“使某人/某物(做……事)”,
如: Swimming makes you stay in shape and have a good time
拓展:“make sb. / sth.+形容词”意为“使某人 /某物……(样)”,
如:Music makes me relaxed.音乐使我放松。
1. Join us after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 288.
join sb.加入某人的行列。join后跟组织,如Party (党),club, team, class等。take part in后跟活动。

动名词作主语,主语相当于第三人称单数.
