1. It is time for Li Ming to present his report.
到了李明作报告的时间了。
It is time for sb. to do sth.是固定句式，意为“到了某人做某事的时间了。”
It is time for me to go to work.
到了我上班的时间了。
2. I am one of the best players in the school.
我是学校里最好的运动员之一。
“one of the +形容词最高级+名词复数”意为“最……之一”。该结构的中心词是one，因此当它做句子的主语时，谓语动词要用第三人称单数形式。
One of the tallest boys over there is my elder brother.
