1、能用句型“You’ll find… in …”来描述不同国家的景点。
2、能理解Cartoon time内容,并灵活运用将来时描述自己的旅行计划。
3、通过卡通学习,能体会故事的幽默,培养学生对英语的喜爱之情。

1、能理解并正确读出景点名:

Step 2 Culture time
1、Show a travel book.
T:Well, boys and girls, I want to go abroad(出国)this summer holiday. Last night I read a book called National Geographic. It is a travel book.(teach)
2、Review different countries in the world.
3、Brain storm: Different places in different countries.
4、Learn four new scenic spots from the book.
1)Show four national flags: the UK, the USA, Australia, Canada(teach)
2)Try to match:
出示四个景点和英语地点名,两人一组,讨论并试着连一连。
3)Read culture time after the tape.
4)Try to say:
学生看图,试着用You’ll find _______ in _______.句型说一说。
5)Let’s share!
Step 3 Cartoon time
1、Let’s guess:
T: Bobby is reading a travel book, too. What’s his dream(梦想)?
S: Bobby wants to …
T: Look, Bobby wants to be traveller(teach).
T: He wants to travel around the world. (环游世界)
2、Look and say:
T: Bobby is talking about his travel plans with Sam.
T: What are Bobby’s plans(计划)?
(学生看图,用句型He will go…来说一说)
T: Here’s a tip for you. (当你想表达事情发生的先后顺序时,你可说:First,…Next,… Then,…)
T: Now if you are Bobby, please use “…, I’ll go…” to describe your own travel plans.
3、Think and say:
T: Why does Bobby want to go to these countries?
(PPT给出提示,学生四人一组,讨论Bobby想去这些国家的原因。)
4、Watch and find:
T: How will they get there?
S: They will go there by taxi.
T: Can they get there by taxi?
S: No, they can’t. It's far away from their country.
5、Let’s read:
1)Read after the tape.
