【教材分析】
Cartoon time介绍了Bobby，Sam，Willy和Billy四个卡通人物的梦想以及他们为实现梦想而将要付出的行动。本部分再现了want to be结构和一般将来时的陈述句，并以We all have a dream.What’s your dream？作结束语，想学生们传递了“人人都要心怀梦想，并要为梦想而努力”的信息。
【教学目标】
1.知识目标
通过Cartoon time的学习，了解更多关于职业类的词。
2.能力目标
能正确理解、朗读Cartoon time中的故事，并能用英语表达自己的梦想，学习歌曲，能进行适当的改编。
3.情感目标
学生知道不同的人拥有不同的梦想，并树立自己的理想。
【学情分析】
通过一、二两课时的学习，学生对怎样用英语说出自己的梦想有一定了解。本课时学生能在情景中自主理解故事大意，并通过自主阅读，强化语言知识，训练语言技能，培养学生的阅读理解能力。
【教学重点】
1.正确认读Cartoon time的新授词、句
2.了解情态动词will后面用动词的原形。
【教学难点】
能尝试用want to be和want to do谈论自己或朋友的梦想。
【课前准备】
1.常规预习
①跟读Cartoon time 3遍，查阅、标注陌生词汇，初步理解文本的意思。
②跟读Song time3遍 。
2.预习导学（有关重点内容、语法等句子的讲解）
①.Bobby wants to be a scientist. He should study hard. 波比想成为一名科学家。他应该刻苦学习。
science科学 scientist科学家 study hard刻苦学习（hard形副同形）
want to be想要成为 hardly意思为“几乎不”。
②A policeman should be brave and strong. Sam will do more sport.警察应该勇敢而强壮。塞姆要多做运动。
brave形容词，意为“勇敢的”。如：a brave young man一位勇敢的年轻人
do more sport多做运动（more为比较级，原形为many/much)
③Willy wants to be an artist. He likes painting. He often paints pictures in the park. He will have painting lessons.
like doing sth.（like painting喜爱画画；paint pictures画画；painting lessons绘画课）
④He will go to cooking school.他会去烹饪学校。
