About the Author: O. Henry
Why did O.Henry use Della to be the main character?
O. Henry was an American writer who lived a very poor and difficult life. However, he loved his wife and daughter very much, and would do anything for them. This is very much like the characters in his stories.
His stories always have surprising endings which we call it O. Henry’s style today.
Famous works come from the real life.
