Unit 3 Chinese Traditional skills (Listening and speaking)
Teaching objectives 教学目标:
1.Knowledge objectives: By the end of the class, students should be able to master related words and expressions and understand the listening materials.
知识目标:学生能够掌握相关单词与表达,并能够理解听力材料。
2. Ability objectives: Students can improve the ability of listening for general information. Besides, students are able to introduce a kind of Chinese traditional art or skill.
能力目标:学生能够提升获取大意的听力能力,并能够介绍一种中国传统技能。
3. Emotional objectives: Students learn more about Chinese traditional arts and skills, realize the importance of protecting and spreading Chinese traditional culture and experience the power of cooperation.
情感目标:学生加深对中国传统文化与技能的理解,意识到保护与传承中国传统文化的重要性,并体会到小组合作产生的无穷能量。
Key & difficult point: Listen to the material and sum up the parts the video mentions, introduce Chinese traditional arts and skills confidently and fluently in English.

Divide the students into 9 groups.
学生自由组成9个小组。
Students work in group. Each group picks a kind of Chinese traditional art or skill and prepares to introduce it to others.
小组合作,每组选择一种中国传统艺术或技能,并准备图片、文字等进行介绍。
Preview the new words and expressions each group shares.
课前预习各组上传的生词与表达。
