【写作内容】
首先，建议在车站内为老人、小孩、残疾人设计特殊的座位，以便让他们及时得到休息。
第二，对于洗手间的设计，要考虑到小孩和残疾人的方便。轮椅能够进入洗手间，自来水开关要放得低一些。
第三，从休息室到站台有轮椅通行的通道。

【写作分析】
第一步：认真审题
1．确定文体、时态和人称。
(1)确定文体：书信。
建议信是针对某事向收信人提出建议和忠告的一种文体。建议信有可能是写给个人——就遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法；也可能是写给某个组织或机构——就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。建议信要写明写信的原因、建议的内容、提出建议的理由，提出的理由要合情合理，语气一定要和缓。建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。
(2)主体时态：主要使用一般现在时。
(3)主体人称：第二、三人称。
2．内容要点分为三部分：
(1)开头部分：交代写信的目的。
(2)主体部分：根据要求提炼主要信息。本短文的主要信息有：①设计特殊座位；②洗手间的设计；③通道的设计。
(3)结束部分：表示谢意。
第二步：提炼要点
