Curriculum Analysis【大纲学情分析】
本单元主要围绕奥运会和体育纪录开展，而本课介绍了奥运会各国的梦之队以及如何构建梦之队。依据《义务教育英语课程标准2011版》和中学生英语学科素养，旨在要求学生能够理解梦之队的组建因素并锻炼学生对文本的复述能力以及结合学生课堂小组建设，内化梦之队团结合作、永不言弃的精神，创建自己的“梦之组”。
本课篇章结构较为清晰，但细节性内容较多，学生英语基础较为薄弱，尤其发音，所以需要加强对文本的理解、复述能力以及输出能力。

1. 通过自然拼读，能够掌握新课标要求的“四会”词汇gold, influence, coach；
2. 通过快读文本，借助回答问题的形式，能够掌握文章主要内容。
3. 通过精读文本，借助回答问题和填空的形式，能够了解梦之队的含义并分层级复述。
4. 通过小组合作，进行话题讨论，能够介绍如何创建班级内的梦之组。
