Teaching Objectives
学 习 内 容 分 析 This passage is an introduction about the four seasons. It contains four parts, covering the characteristics of four seasons in each paragraph. It has a clear layout: the weather of each season and the activities people can do in each season. The passage is a good material for this Unit, it gives students an good example of introducing different seasons and help students learn more about weather.
学 情 现 状 分 析 Students in Grade 7 are poor in doing reading and still not that familiar with reading skills. It is important for English teachers to set different reading activities to help them master some reading skills and improve their reading ability in class.
重 点 难 点 预 设 I. Key points Students are able to find out information about the four seasons. II. Learning difficulties Students are able to complete a mind map and answer some questions about their favorite season.
