What suggestions did the doctor give you?

Writing practice
One year ago, I was heavy because of my habit of eating junk food. I did not enjoy doing sports. So every day I felt sleepy and lazy. I was not feeling well. My doctor said I ate too much junk food. She said I should get some exercise, have a balanced diet and drink a lot of water.

I started to get exercising with my friends. At first, we jogged. It was easier for me, but I still felt awful after jogging. My friends encouraged me, “Come on! You can do it!” Later, jogging improved my fitness. I began to enjoy exercising. Since then, running has become part of my life and I feel very well. Besides, green vegetables and fruit are my first choice. My life is very different now!
